Tooling
While tooling is normally custom to the application, Eyelet Crafters has a wide range of stock tooling available to address your requirements. The use of standard tooling saves both time and money in design. If your product requires new tooling, we offer complete in-house tool design and tool making. Eyelet Crafters uses only the very best materials in its tools, such as hardened wear-resistant steel punches coupled with high-polished carbide dies, which are the core of the deep drawn metal process.
Quality
Our quality assurance program recognizes the need for both dimensional and aesthetic quality. Dimensionally we use state-of-the-art measuring equipment, such as laser micrometers and certified gauge control. Aesthetic quality and integrity is achieved through our constant inspection and attention to defined aesthetic parameters.
At Eyelet Crafters we employ several quality control checks from initial concept through finished product. We first provide mechanical specifications for our customer's approval. Then we build a prototype to ensure our interpretation of the design matches our customer's. As your product is manufactured, we use a rotating team of inspectors to ensure the highest level of quality on our production line. Each finished piece is inspected by hand before it is properly packaged to ensure aesthetic quality.
